Good morning from drizzly CHC! It’s a pretty heavy drizzle but no thunder or lightning. So at the moment all classes are meeting as usual! The girls are busy with Tribe Show planning. Last night was try-outs and tonight they will start rehearsals. Tomorrow there are no classes and they’ll spend the day rehearsing and painting props and signs before the big show tomorrow night! We lost the big, canvas backdrops in the flood, so they are being extra creative this year with the chorus, who is usually hidden by the backdrop, holding props to create a background. Honey Creek girls always find a way! Sunday will be a relaxing morning followed by Junior Deb Waterfront in the afternoon and Carnival that night! The costume room has already been ransacked and the girls can’t wait to dress up and dance the night away.
