Good morning! We’ve had a great and hot few days here. Monday night we had movie night with “The Book of Life” and Cabin 12 went on their overnight. This Cabin 12 has done a wonderful job leading us through this term. It’s been said, “As 12 goes, so goes the Camp,” and this group has set a tone of joy, gratitude, and selflessness this term! We are grateful to them and for them. Yesterday was Happy Half Valentines, complete with chocolate milk at lunch, of course. The campers all exchanged the secret buddy projects they had made in the workshop and read cards from their friends. The staff bag was possibly more full than it has ever been! We received so many notes of thanks for all of our hard work, which were so appreciated. Tonight is the last Cabin Night of the term. How did we get here so quickly?! This morning we also announced Honor Cabins for the week: Cabins 6, 1, 9B, 10, and 11B. Cabins 6, 1, 9B and 10 are on their third consecutive week and have their eyes on the big prize – breakfast in bed!
You should’ve all received an email with the schedule for Closing Weekend. This schedule is different than past summers and we hope it makes your lives a little easier. Note: we are still planning on Watershow for now. We will adjust the schedule if necessary as we get closer and will communicate with you via email. Please let us know if you have any questions. Enjoy today’s photos!
