Good morning! The forecast today calls for “an abundance of sunshine” and we are so very, very happy about that! We had a great weekend with Tribe Shows. Both tribes did great and the Pawnees won by just a few points. It is always so impressive to see how much these girls can accomplish – literally an entire musical! – in less than a week. We will have the shows up on YouTube later today and we’ll email the link when we have it. We’ll also include information for Closing Weekend in that email, so keep an eye out!
Last night was one of the best nights of the term: carnival! Everyone had a ball putting their costumes on and dancing the night away on the flagpole field.
Today the girls are enjoying all of their activities. The mud is drying up and they’re riding horses again. The Waterfront Cup is in full swing and the competition is getting intense! We are in the process of draining our river to check for and clear out any debris that washed in with the flood. So if you see pictures with an empty creek in the background, don’t worry! We’re doing that on purpose. It’s going to be a great week at CHC!
