Good morning! We are entering the home stretch, and nobody wants that to be true! We had a great weekend at CHC. Friday night was Rockstar, complete with performances from the Drama classes. Saturday night we had Gold Rush and the Deb club cookout for riding, campcraft, archery, and riflery clubs. Yesterday morning was Horse Show and then we had Deb Waterfront in the afternoon. The weekend wrapped up with everyone’s favorite movie night – NEWSIES night! It was a full weekend!
As we look towards closing weekend, remember that the gates open on Friday at 4:00pm for Watershow at 4:45. You’ll leave after Watershow so the campers can eat dinner and go on their Tribe Hills. Saturday morning, the gates will open at 9:00am. We will load your luggage and Serenades will start at 10:00am. Only Junior Deb and Deb synchronized swimmers and Canoe Club are part of Watershow, but all campers are a part of Serenades. Awards will immediately follow Serenades and we should be finished with everything by noon-ish! We will have some chairs set up but not enough for everyone, so please bring your own chairs, hats, sunscreen and water bottles. It’s going to be a hot one!
