The girls learned a song this summer that goes, “Say why do we have to say goodbye, say when will we ever meet again, say where and I’ll meet ya right there,” and that is the theme of this week! It has been a wonderful term after a long and trying year. We are so thankful! Remember that this will be the last batch of photos until Closing photos are posted Monday. And don’t forget: Watershow for Junior Deb and Deb sync and Canoe Club Friday at 4:45. Gates open to load luggage at 9:00 Saturday morning followed by Serenades at 10:00 and Awards 11:00!
Monday night was the Sub Deb archery tournament and the Junior Deb horseback and camp craft cookout. Last night we had Canoe Races which is always a favorite night. It ended in a tie! The girls did great even though some of the races were made much more challenging by the plastic canoes. This morning, we served breakfast in bed to cabins 4B, 11B, and 12! Honor Cabin 4 weeks in a row is no easy task. Tonight we will start practices to prepare for Closing weekend. Life is too good here. Thank you for sharing your daughters with us this summer!
