Good morning and happy Tie Dye Friday! We’ve had a wonderful few days on the Creek. It has been hot but the consensus around here is that’s way better than rain! It’s supposed to be a little cooler (or at least less hot) today so we’re all thankful for that. Wednesday afternoon, Cabin 12 got all gussied up and went to lunch at Copper Pot in Ingram. We highly recommend stopping there during closing weekend! Wednesday night we had our last cabin night. Yesterday we had the Junior Deb and Deb archery tournaments along with the Sub Deb Gaga tournament. The competition was heated in the Gaga pit! This morning is the Rifle/Pistol tournament. All these tournaments can only mean one thing: the term is winding down. After a tough year, we have had a wonderful summer, and we’re sad to see it come to a close. We’re looking forward to a fun-filled weekend with a cookout for some Deb clubs, Gold Rush, and Horse Show! We’ll post Horse Show on YouTube and send you the link. Sunday afternoon we will also have the Waterfront Cup Championship! It’s a busy time and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Thank you, as always, for sharing your daughter with us.
